Update time, I suppose. Where to start...
I've moved. Not far, mind you, but about 70ish miles from whre I used to live to Newport News, VA. I guess it's all good, I miss my friends, though, obviously. I'll post more when I get home.

Alright, so things are pretty much boring. I've been hoping for something exciting to happen, but so far not really. I miss the drama of last eyar. No, not the high school drama of who's-dating-who-what-week, the real drama. Like... working at the GA as an intern, the shows at TNR... just stuff like that. But at least I'm one sep closer to graduatinggg

Ahhhh omg!! I met Caitlin yesterday! AT HER HOUSE. In Pelham, waha. it was so cool.
Anyways, Now I'm at SIG. Margaux, Steveo, Kathia, Kara, Ryan and Thalia are the only people that I know of who came back, thougj. But it's all good. My classes are:

Some of you have been aware of me posting about nearLY, Jerome Dillon's musical project he released in December after leaving the drummer's seat behind Nine Inch Nails.
I listen to the album a lot, and much of my online time is spent at the board on his website. He recently informed us that he had assembled a 10-piece band to bring nearLY to a live setting, and the record company was going to film and record the shows. This had many people quite excited, and I know people from far away as Virgina, New York, and ENGLAND planning to fly out to see the performances.
Shows were originally planned for March in Hollywood, but conflicts with the venue forced a move and rescheduling for an April timeframe. No exact dates had been announced yet, and so I was holding off on being more vocal about this until then.
Well, tonight word has come out that as of now, the record company is no longer providing funds for any shows at all.

in response to decisions rendered by the record company, we ask anyone and everyone interested in attending nearLY live performances to please write to this address (nearlylive@jeromedillon.net) we especially encourage those of you that were going to travel to l.a. from far-off, distant lands...........the performance budget for the shows in april has mysteriously gone missing (due to corporate re-structuring) and the band is heartbroken. please spread the word so that 'the powers that be' know that you give a fuck about this band and the future of our record : reminder. thank you very much and we will see you soon. jerome.

I was going to bug all of you in LA to come out for these shows if you had any slight interest at all. I was going to buy your tickets, even! Please, please, please consider emailing nearlylive@jeromedillon.net to show interest and support in these shows. It will mean a lot to me.
